1. Agreement to Our Terms


Welcome to Elite Kleanz! These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) are a legally binding agreement between you (“the user”, “the customer”) and Elite Kleanz (“we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms govern your use of our website https://www.elitekleanz.com (the "Website"), our car detailing services (“Services”), our digital products (“Digital Products”), and our online store for detailing chemicals and accessories (“Physical Products”).


By accessing our Website, booking our Services, or purchasing our Products, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.


2. Who Can Use Our Services


To use our Website and/or purchase our Services and Products, you must be at least 18 years of age and possess the legal authority to enter into these Terms. You are prohibited from using this website if doing so is illegal in your jurisdiction.


3. Car Detailing Services

  • A. Bookings & Deposits: A deposit of £50 is required to confirm your booking. This is non-refundable and non-transferable.

  • B. Full Valet Package (NEW): To be eligible for this package, the vehicle must be no more than 2 years old. Vehicles with excessive dirt, pet hair, or heavy staining will be charged at our Deep Clean rate. Photographs of the vehicle are a MUST prior to booking confirmation to ensure eligibility.

  • C. Maintenance Plan: This service is exclusively available to customers who have previously received an Elite Kleanz Deep Clean.

  • D. Vehicle Condition: We reserve the right to assess the vehicle upon arrival. Additional charges may apply for heavy contamination, which will be discussed before work begins.

  • E. Personal Belongings: It is your responsibility to remove all personal items from the vehicle. Elite Kleanz is not liable for loss or damage to items left inside.

4. Online Store: Physical Products (Chemicals & Accessories)

​

  • A. Professional Use: Many of our products (including Acidic Wheel Cleaners) are professional-grade. By purchasing, you agree to follow the label instructions and safety data. A patch test on an inconspicuous area is mandatory before full application. Elite Kleanz is not liable for damage caused by misuse or incorrect application.

  • B. Shipping & Delivery: We ship across the UK. Due to the nature of chemical goods, specialized couriers may be used. Elite Kleanz is not responsible for courier delays.

  • C. Local Pickup: Items selected for "Local Pickup" must be collected from our Wigan Studio: Unit 2K Cricket Street Business Park, Wigan, WN6 7TP.

  • D. Returns & Refunds (Chemicals): In accordance with UK law, you have 14 days to return a product. However, due to health, safety, and contamination risks, we cannot accept returns on chemicals where the safety seal has been broken or the bottle has been opened.

5. Digital Products: Online Courses & Guides

​

  • A. Access: Upon purchase, you are granted a single, non-transferable license for personal, non-commercial use via the members' area.

  • B. NO-REFUND POLICY: All sales of Digital Products are final. Due to the immediate, digital nature of this content, we enforce a strict no-refund policy.

6. Ownership of Intellectual Property


The Website and all materials (text, images, logos, videos, and course content) are the exclusive property of Elite Kleanz. You agree not to copy, redistribute, or create derivative works of our content without express written permission.


7. Limitation of Liability


To the maximum extent permitted by law, Elite Kleanz shall not be liable for any indirect, punitive, or consequential damages. We assume no liability for:

  1. Errors or inaccuracies in website content.

  2. Personal injury or property damage resulting from your use of our detailing services or chemical products.

  3. Any unauthorized access to our secure servers.

8. Right to Modify Terms


We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the Website or our Services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. We recommend reviewing this page periodically.


9. Governing Law


These Terms and any disputes related to Elite Kleanz shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales. All claims shall be decided exclusively by a court of competent jurisdiction located in Wigan/Manchester, UK.
